Hinrich showcased his skills as a capable point guard, averaging 12.0 points, 6.8 assists, and 3.4 rebounds per game. His performance earned him a spot on the NBA All-Rookie First Team, providing a glimmer of hope for the team’s future.

Despite individual efforts from players such as Crawford, who averaged a team-high 17.3 points per game, and Curry, who added 14.7 points and 6.2 rebounds per game, the Bulls struggled to find consistency and cohesion on the court. The lack of veteran leadership and depth further contributed to their inability to compete against stronger opponents.

Overall, the 2003-04 season was another rebuilding year for the Chicago Bulls.
